The NFT Business Development team is responsible for creating, leading, and operationalizing partnerships and programs that help launch and scale our Coinbase NFT marketplace. We’re looking for an Associate, Strategy and Operations - NFT Marketplace to join the team and build strategic frameworks and programs, drive cross-functional alignment, create efficient and repeatable processes, and deliver initiatives on time. This person will work closely with both NFT creators and with internal teams, to ensure they have a seamless experience on the Coinbase NFT platform.
Responsibilities
- Help design, develop, and lead a portfolio of strategic programs in support of our partners and our marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Data Science, Business Development, Creator Management, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support, to implement complex processes in a global environment.
- Develop required process documentation for business process implementation and rollout.
- Help lead stakeholder engagement, assess ongoing business needs, and build short-term and long-term program roadmaps to support business needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to define and develop processes and tools needed to support program requirements that enable standardization, scale, and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- You have 4+ years total experience working in a business operations or strategic program management role at a high-growth, innovative consumer tech company, along with experience working in strategy consulting or management consulting.
- You are a strategic systems thinker, with incredible organizational skills, and a mastery of detail. You have the ability to simplify complex topics, and to use data to provide actionable insights.
- You have a passion for building high-quality strategic programs and processes. You have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects across a variety of cross-functional teams.
- You thrive in collaborative cross-functional environments. You are a solutions-oriented leader, and you easily drive alignment among differing perspectives. You have highly diplomatic instincts and stellar people management skills.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. You can engage confidently with cross-functional teams and with creative talent, on both complex technical and non-technical concepts.
- You are passionate about NFTs and their potential impact on creative industries, creators, and fans.
