MakersPlace is looking for a passionate individual to help develop MakersPlace’s client/partner retention strategy, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure our clients/partners are interacting more frequently, and using more of our services. The ideal candidate will be articulate, personable and extremely competent in their communications. You will have the opportunity to network with industry leaders and other professionals in the NFT/blockchain community.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential strategic growth opportunities in our client/partner database. Develop plans to operationalize these opportunities, with short-term and long-term goals.
  • Develop personalized touchpoints/communications, based on insights and deep understanding of client/partner journeys, to deepen the relationship with them.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for client/partner product and service issues.
  • Investigating client/partner problems and identifying problem sources to determine possible solutions.
  • Continuously strive to improve key client/partner metrics: retention, acquisition, conversion, cross promotion, and lifetime value.
  • Execute effective techniques to drive and contribute to client/partner satisfaction, and maintain positive long-standing relationships.
  • Become an expert user of the MakersPlace platform.
  • Provide feedback to our Product team by communicating ideas that would improve the use of the service for our clients/partners, as well as providing them with ideas for new functionality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the arts, communications, marketing, or public relations field. Direct experience is also acceptable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work carefully and methodically to completion, even at rapid, repetitive tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of G Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate client issues.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with proven results
  • Self-starter who demonstrates a high sense of ownership and can work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
