MakersPlace is seeking a passionate Community Manager who is excited to help us empower a vibrant future for digital creativity. In this role, you will help to manage and grow our online communities including: Twitter, Discord, Instagram and more. This individual will be responsible for defining and owning our community strategy as well as representing the company’s voice across these online communities.
Responsibilities
- Grow and engage our online community of artists and collectors across Discord, Twitter and Instagram.
- Onboard, engage and support new and existing artists and collectors within our community.
- Develop new content across online channels (e.g. blog articles, events, social media campaigns, promos, etc)
- Solicit and leverage feedback and data to continuously improve and scale our online communities.
- Represent the voice of our artists and collectors across product, marketing and engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in community management or a similar role
- Social media expert (Twitter, Discord, Instagram, etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, to track, measure and communicate results
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping artists
