

Director of Partnership Management
Job Description
As the Director of Partnership Management you will work directly with the Head of Business Development to oversee our global licensing partnership portfolio, which includes over 250 relationships, spanning all of our global Football and U.S. sport leagues. This individual will oversee the day-to-day management of all league relationships and manage a team of several managers and coordinators overseeing the global portfolio. Among other tasks, this person will set KPIs and goals for partnerships, manage communication strategies with each partner, create materials, and organize processes to optimize each partnership. This person will be critical to the company’s overall operations and oversee one of the largest global partnership portfolios in the sports business today.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Business Development and Executive Leadership Team to oversee and optimize Sorare’s global partnership portfolio
- Manage and oversee a team of several partnership managers and coordinators across our global football (soccer) portfolio and eventual expansion into other sport leagues
- Create and optimize partnership management strategies across all different sports, including template materials, best practices, and internal organization documents
- Oversee all business development operations, including our central CRM system
- Oversee relationship management and set the standard for excellence in managing partnerships
- Work directly with our marketing and content teams overseeing our asset activation strategies
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing a network of multiple client relationships and account representatives with a preference for licensing and activation of marketing deals & assets
- Experience leading a partnerships or account management team of 10+ team members with strongly defined and met performance indicators
- Experience owning a P&L and evaluating performance of partnerships against business objectives
- Strong understand of applicable tools and systems to properly manage a partnerships and account management team
- Proven ability to build out robust client facing presentations and reports centered around performance KPIs
- Self starter and autonomous; someone who sets lofty goals and is driven to help the team achieve or exceed them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
