We are looking for an experienced media professional who can build a cohesive marketing strategy and put budgets to work across all channels, TV/digital/social/OOH. This person will work closely with external league and club marketing partners to fulfill budgets and achieve Sorare’s brand & partnership goals.


  • Work collaboratively with club and league partners to extract the most value from Sorare marketing partnerships and ideate best way to execute across multiple platforms (social, digital, TV, OOH)
  • Set KPIs for Sorare marketing strategy with league and club partners, build a media plan, and execute against the plan to hit target goals
  • Partner with Content, Product, and PR to ensure parameters of partnerships are communicated and executed
  • Complete long term and ad-hoc projects, including competitive analysis, to support the broader strategy of Sorare brand
  • Develop strategic relationships with club and league marketing partners

Job Requirements

  • Strong evidence of effective verbal and written communication
  • Great business judgment, proven strategic thinking, and demonstrated consensus building skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process management
  • Ability to quickly get up-to-speed and thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects concurrently, often with little supervision or lack of established process
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience at either a major media or production company, with deep first-hand knowledge of the unscripted content market and all relevant content suppliers
  • Experience on both the production and business side of the entertainment industry, especially that brought you in contact with strategy and/or dealing making
