As a Listings Operations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that crypto assets go through our listings process in ways that balance speed, quality and customer happiness. You will continuously evaluate our internal processes and think of ways to improve efficiency and scale.
Responsibilities
- Help guide crypto projects through our listings process
- Improve and automate the listings process based on feedback from asset issuers and internal stakeholders
- Automate tasks necessary to list assets on Coinbase, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams
- Work cross-functionally to educate the legal, compliance, security, and engineering teams on the properties of these digital assets and their status in the listings process
- Help launch new work streams and processes to help grow the listings program
- Identify inefficiencies in our tooling and suggest and help implement solutions
Job Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency. You enjoy leading important projects and will work quickly to identify and solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; great listener with the ability to concisely synthesize complex issues
- Ability to translate digital asset information effectively across the organization to compliance, legal, product, and leadership
- Strong ability to problem solve in unstructured situations, and an ability to drive challenging and vague problems to clarity and resolution
- Proven excellence in making informed judgements based on research and metrics, and setting priorities in ambiguous situations
- Ability to collaborate with teammates, navigate relationships in both crypto and the broader technology ecosystem, and ensure that asset issuers have an excellent experience engaging with Coinbase
- 6+ years of work experience managing complex operational processes; 2+ years in crypto a plus
