

Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, driven coordinator who is proactive, thoughtful, curious, open- minded, professional, and a quick learner. This role will comprise of a large variety of marketing activities including but not limited to: content planning and promotion across channels including newsletter, social media, events, and product rollouts.
We are looking for a flexible team player who is experimental, quick, can juggle multiple things at once and is not afraid to jump into new and unchartered territories.
Responsibilities
- Providing efficient marketing support in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Creative thinking of how to approach and execute marketing promotion efforts across channels
- Adept and well-versed in marketing channels: social media, newsletter, podcasts, web
- Openness to learning and experimenting with new technology and platforms – you are tech savvy, multimedia experience a plus including video and podcast editing
- Highly professional and diplomatic you know when to ask for help or advice, are perceptive and practical.
- Building working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Performing other duties as assigned or required; responsibilities will vary
- Work across all marketing campaigns from brand, product, partnerships and events
- Manage campaign calendars and inter-departmental communications to ensure everyone in the SR team is aware of all details of each project throughout
- Ensure comms and assets are created on time and are approved by all parties
- Help create marketing strategies for each campaign
- Work with high profile external partners/artist releases, coordinating directly with external partners and our Marketing & Partnerships teams (across Social, Email, Features, Editorial, PR, Homepage, Design). Ensure all partners are successfully onboarded via our artist support team ahead of time
- Assist the events team with marketing insight and coordination across teams
- Where necessary, help coordinate the creation of promotional assets between Marketing, Design and Partners
- Help us evolve the the brand and marketing strategy for SR
- Assist with social media as needed
- Coordinate campaign kickoffs and creative asset reviews with marketing leadership, business unit stakeholders, and creative leadership
- Assist with reporting as needed, including compiling in-market creative executions, competitive landscape creative, and asset performance across marketing channels
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree level of education or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast paced environment (really fast paced!), prior experience in promoting thought leadership is preferred.
- You’re highly responsive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once.
- Organizational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our client world
- Strong team spirit who wants to be a part of a dynamic marketing team
- A strong intellectual curiosity. You’re a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture.
- Experience with project management software: Jira, Workfront, etc.
