MakersPlace is looking for a passionate and data-driven individual, responsible for growing our community of digital creators and collectors through any means necessary. Including but not limited to: social media, ads, email marketing, partnerships and others.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive company growth objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new and existing growth channels from social media, paid, emails, SEO and more.
  • Execute, evaluate and iterate upon creative and data-driven growth strategies to drive new traffic and engagement throughout the product.
  • Identify and develop effective brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze and optimize key customer flows into and throughout the product, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for helping artists thrive in a digital world.
  • 3+ years experience in a growth / digital marketing role, successfully leading a marketing strategy.
  • Highly analytical. Necessary to strategize, measure and communicate data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and self-directed.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
