We are looking for a business development leader who can help to create and continuously improve our strategy, drive integrations, establish commercial and promotional partnerships, and build relationships with developers and entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
- Work with technical PMs, business leaders, engineering to influence and deliver developer experience and process improvements for Coinbase tools and services.
- Synthesize the developer support experience from multiple channels.
- Identify and drive automation improvements in the customer online help experience (chat bot, deflection, etc.).
- Manage existing Developer Relations documentation (APIs, demos, etc.), identify gaps, and drive the overall content strategy.
- Manage multiple initiatives that require frequent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Understand the web3 developer experience using Coinbase tools and services and how they perceive their interactions with our support services.
- Leverage existing data and as needed establish new measures to provide visibility into the developer experience.
Job Requirements
- 5 + years of program management experience
- You are passionate about crypto and what’s happening in decentralization
- You have experience developing programs to build and grow relationships with business and technical leaders
- You have excellent product and commercial instincts that will help inform our roadmap of products and programs
- You are driven and results-oriented, but humble and self aware
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
