We are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator who will work on scheduling, planning and analytics across all social accounts. We value creativity, hustle & grit, combined with low ego and the practice of servant leadership. We are an all-remote company, but prefer that you have availability during US work hours EST to facilitate better collaboration with your core team. The role will report to the Social Media Manager.


  • Build and execute social content calendar to make sure it reflects ongoing campaigns
  • Schedule the brand’s daily social calendar and manage Twitter Spaces set up
  • Act as the direct point of contact via Social – answering questions (DMs) in a timely and professional manner and prioritizing retweet requests across departments and externally
  • Schedule and track engaging social campaigns by assisting with visual assets for social
  • Cultivate an active community of customers and influencers via Twitter, Instagram, and any other social channels that may arise that help to share our brand message.
  • Thoughtfully guide content for social media that will drive brand awareness, increase followers and engagement with our audience and influencers, and generate sales.
  • Assist in making reports on follower growth, engagement, and sales, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. It’s important that this role is empowered to think outside the box!

Job Requirements

-1-3 years’ experience working in a social role

  • Experience using social scheduling tool (Sprout specifically is a plus)
  • Experience scheduling and setting up Twitter Spaces
  • High attention to detail

-Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced industry

-Proven track record of contributing to social strategy with data driven insights
