You will play a critical role in setting up processes and infrastructure to manage a large volume of partners at scale. You will also be doing a lot of discovery to identify the most promising and high potential NFT partners from the significant inflow of partners reaching out to OpenSea. You should be both a strategic thinker and excellent at execution, someone who prides themselves on getting stuff done. The candidate we are looking for is adept at building relationships and demonstrates creativity, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.   • Setup processes & infrastructure to manage OpenSea’s long tail partners & ensure they get scaled support from OpenSea Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Legal teams so their business thrives with OpenSea
  • Drive Discovery with the inbound partner requests to identify the most promising partners for deeper partnership
  • Manage both the big picture and the important details⁠—stay on top of deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed while maintaining an eye to the big picture and crafting new ways to grow existing partnerships
  • When needed, drive the implementation of NFT drops on OpenSea with a variety of partners, including creators, developers, and brands
  • Lead internal cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Legal peers in service of key partners
  • Build and maintain processes to help efficiently manage the deal pipeline, measure performance, and provide support for partners at scale

Job Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of Partner Management or Consulting experience in tech
  • Have demonstrated passion for or experience with NFTs, to enable the identification of the most promising partnerships related to NFTs
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on complex, cross-functional projects or partnerships with an eye for detail
  • Experience with managing partnerships at scale⁠—fielding and triaging high volume of partner inbound requests
  • Proven experience of successfully growing partnerships and identifying new opportunities that drive value for partnerships
  • Have an intuition for people with an ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships easily
  • Leverage creative thinking to help with partnerships go-to-market and solve problems during the implementation process
  • An ability to utilize data to provide actionable insights and ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome for OpenSea and our partners
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives
