The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator will help ensure all business critical partnerships are effectively executed and thoroughly managed. They will be responsible for key workflows & processes that support partnerships with the biggest sports organizations across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Support relationship management with top sports organizations across the globe
  • Manage workflows and processes critical to Sorare game functionality
  • Own the creation and management of dashboards in CRM system
  • Chair meetings with internal and external partners to ensure effective partnership management
  • Lead buildout of reporting and analytics that track progress against company KPIs
  • Manage sales pipeline, client lists, and other key dashboards in CRM system
  • Facilitate internal and external communications throughout the lifecycle of partnerships

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a network of multiple client relationships and account representatives with a preference for licensing and activation of marketing deals & assets
  • Desire to support a partnerships or account management team of 10+ team members with strongly defined and met performance indicators
  • Proven ability to build out robust client facing presentations and reports centered around performance KPIs
  • Strong understanding of applicable tools and systems to properly support a partnerships and account management team
  • Self starter and autonomous; someone who sets lofty goals and is driven to help the team achieve or exceed them
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on location in the New York City office
