The NFT Business Development team is responsible for creating, leading, and operationalizing partnerships and programs that help launch and scale our Coinbase NFT marketplace. We’re looking for a Technical Partner Manager to join the team and work closely with both NFT creators and with internal teams, to drive technical innovation on the Coinbase NFT platform.
Responsibilities
- Ensure creators have the technical support to innovate and be successful throughout their life cycle on Coinbase
- Provide creators with technical support on NFT smart contracts, auctions, etc
- Help partners understand capabilities and limitations of Coinbase tools, by being embedded with Product and Engineering, and triaging on their behalf
- Support technically complex product partnerships and integrations
- Shape NFT product roadmaps by recommending new features for Coinbase NFT marketplace, through problem statements supported with data and structured, synthesized feedback from creators and other partners
- Collaborate with Business Development, Creator Management, Program Management, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and other internal teams
- Ensure the Coinbase NFT brand is the leading platform for NFT creators
Job Requirements
- You have 7+ years of total experience including working in a product, engineering, sales engineering, or technical partner manager role at a high-growth, innovative consumer tech company (and preferably including experience working in the crypto industry)
- You have experience with and a deep understanding of crypto and NFTs, including the technical aspects of NFTs
- You can engage confidently with cross-functional teams, with creative talent, and with platform partners, on both complex technical and non-technical concepts.
- You are a systems thinker, with incredible organizational skills, and a mastery of detail.
- You thrive in collaborative cross-functional environments. You are a solutions-oriented leader, and you easily drive alignment among differing perspectives.
- You have highly diplomatic instincts and stellar people management skills.
- You have a strong strategic background, a proven ability to use data to provide actionable insights, and comfort tackling new challenges with rigor and analysis.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
