The Workplace Coordinator will play a critical role in providing support across the global People team from talent, to workplace and HR functions. This is an ideal role for someone who is excited about contributing across differing areas of the People function in order to shape and scale our People programs. This person must be a builder who loves to roll up their sleeves and is always ready to learn. You are unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.


  • Support in the development of a thoughtful experience for onboarding, orientation and offboarding
  • Help planning social events (team breakfasts, lunches, etc.) to constantly improve employee engagement and experience
  • Manage scheduling for our interview processes, including delivering a delightful candidate experience
  • Help with candidates and onsite guests at the office
  • Help with data entry and work with our HRIS tool
  • Facilitate and coordinate global mobility programs and services supporting employee assignments, and domestic or international relocation
  • Manage office supplies including keeping our cafe stocked with food and snacks
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a scheduling, coordination or office role
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Communication skills: You have excellent listening skills, paying careful attention to concerns and questions from employees, candidates, alumni, internal teams, and external partners. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.
  • Displays strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for our employee and candidate experience
