As the Workplace Experience Manager, you'll be the primary owner of the office experience for the New York team. The Workplace Experience Manager will play a critical role in providing support to the New York team by creating a world class in office experience. This will include everything from event and offsite planning, to vendor management, and new office build outs. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic and detail-oriented with a passion for office management and building culture.
Responsibilities
- Own the NYC office experience by acting as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers
- Responsible for NYC supplier management; ranging from Perks suppliers (e.g. lunch) to office maintenance (e.g. WeWork team)
- Support in the development of a thoughtful experience for onboarding, orientation and off boarding
- Manage the budget for the NYC office
- Organize all the local office events (team breakfasts, lunches, happy hours, offsites, etc.)
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Contribute to office protocols and policies
- Main point of contact for the remote employees in the US
- Run local health and safety programs to ensure employees are properly trained
- Collaborate with IT to ensure operation of all tech equipment
- Constantly look for solutions to challenges and evaluate ways to more efficiently scale the employee experience
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office management with an emphasis on employee experience
- Proven ability to own the relationship and roll out of multiple perks & office suppliers
- Experience managing an office space and experience for 100+ employees
- Ability to operate with a high level of organization and prioritization
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with the ability to reach solutions quickly and thoughtfully
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience in a hyper growth company is a plus
